Buttock implants are a popular way to increase the size of the buttocks and address the shape of the buttocks.
Butt implants are an option to be considered when the buttocks are underdeveloped, small or flat, or otherwise not in proportion to the rest of the body.
Soft silicone implants can be designed to look and feel natural, and are a solution for those with small, misshapen, or sagging buttocks.
The Surgical Procedure
Buttock implant surgery is performed under general anaesthetic, meaning you will be asleep for the entire procedure which takes about one and a half hours.
Buttock implants are inserted through small incisions in the buttock fold, leaving only small scars, which will be visible after the procedure, but fade in time to become hardly noticeable.
The implants are then placed under the muscle tissue of the large buttock. Buttock implants are inserted away from areas containing important nerves, and are not placed under the bony area of the buttock region which you use to sit down on.
The upper and outer regions of the butt will become rounder and firmer, once the implants are in place.
