Gynecomastia is the enlargement of the mammary gland in men. The so-called ” true gynecomastia” by increasing the glandular tissue is heated from a ” false gynecomastia” by fat deposition – to distinguish – as occurs in overweight and obesity (adiposity).
What are the causes of gynecomastia? Is the fat pad of the chest genetic or does it develops through an unhealthy eating habits?
OC : True gynecomastia is caused by a proliferation of mammary gland tissue or caused by increased fat accumulation.
When gynecomastia surgery in the OC no distinctive grain pattern is stalled because the Smart Laser Lipo . The scar only has a diameter of about 2-3 cm.
Surgical treatment is done in day case under IVs -intravenous monitored sedation technique; a chest bandage applied. No Drains, The end result is perfect at 6 weeks postop.
